Meet the team

Gary previously worked in his family business Cooper & Cutt which was acquired by Hodsons in March 2024 and has remained on a consultancy basis offering 20 years experience in both sales and lettings. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor providing energy performance certificates for clients.

Away from the office Gary is a season ticket holder for Barnsley Football Club and also Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club and is a regular Sunday league football player.
